What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathic medicine is made from very diluted doses of something which in its original form would cause the symptoms you have. This shows the body how to heal itself and gently removes your symptoms.
How does Homeopathy work?
In short, you and I discuss what is making you uncomfortable, I select a remedy for you and expect to see some change within a few days. At the beginning I am on hand to answer any questions and make sure you are on the best remedy and dose.
Is homeopathy safe?
Homeopathy is safe to use for babies and children and is a huge support at the periods of life where we need a little help like puberty, pregnancy, periods of stress and as we get older. It has no harmful side effects and is safe to use alongside prescribed medication which I will never recommend you cease.Who
Who am I?
I am a fully trained homeopath attending regular courses to deepen my understanding of how the body works and how to help it heal. I’ve been practicing for over a decade and have treated many people from all walks and ages of life. I trust your intuition and listen hard to try and understand what is causing your discomfort. I am also a wife and mother of two teenage children, with two spaniels and two unruly rabbits.
Is homeopathy just a placebo?
Remedy dilution is next-level micro-dosing which is being increasingly used for mental health issues. At the consultation I ask incredibly detailed questions to which I then refer back helping me to establish what has happened since taking the remedy. The key thing about a placebo effect is it doesn’t last and often doesn’t change anything apart from what is expected. When we get the right homeopathic remedy I am looking for change to every system of the body which tells me the remedy has stimulated your body’s ability to heal itself.
